Nas is considered as one of the hip hop legends of New York. His rap career began in 1994 with the release of his first album Illmatic, which was quickly recognized as one of the best rap albums of all times (it was even awarded 5 mics by The Source, an achievement that few artists reached). Nas then recorded more than eight albums in over 14 years, including It Was Written and Stillmatic.
